PERSONAL PROFILE
I envision my role as a community architect—one who thoughtfully balances private, commercial, and civic projects to create meaningful, connected spaces. My goal is to design environments that are intentional, optimistic, and in harmony with both natural and built environments. I approach each project with sensitivity to light, sound, and atmosphere, recognizing their influence on how people live, work and play. With attention to craft, I integrate passive and active systems seamlessly into the architecture, while considering materials, circulation, and spatial relationships that shape experience and interaction.

PROFESSIONAL OBJECTIVES
Presently, I am seeking a position within an architecture firm that values individual design abilities, while providing a collaborative design setting that is open to an inventive and innovative spirit and encourages professional growth. My ideal studio environment balances rigor and creativity, where a culture of respect and camaraderie drives design.
My main goal is to pass the A.R.E. and become a licensed architect. So I am searching for a firm that prioritizes licensure and professional credentials and could provide access to resources and hours necessary to pass within 18 months of employment.
I am drawn to firms that prioritize both client experience and internal team dynamics. I admire practices that have grown through strong internal relationships, collaborative design and documentation efforts, while earning the trust of clients and external partners through thoughtful design solutions and a clear understanding of constraints.

PERSONAL and PROFESSIONAL VALUES
I returned to graduate school in order to engage more deeply with the interconnected roles of architects, civic leaders, developers, and contractors in shaping the built environment. I believe architecture is not just a discipline of aesthetics and structure, but a collaborative, civic-minded practice that influences the sustainability, livability, and identity of our homes, communities and destinations.
The design and planning processes is an exciting opportunity to bridge natural and built systems while creating spaces to live, work, and gather with meaning and intention. I value thoughtful, context-sensitive design that enhances everyday experiences and contributes to the long-term resilience of place.
